Today really wasn’t much of a chaos thanks to the fact that it’s the weekend. Maybe i should explain about myself a little bit first. I am a TOTAL music nerd, meaning that most of the time when I’m not watching anime, I’d be practicing piano for hours without stopping. Since today was a Saturday, and it’s summer vacation, it just screams practicing non-stop to me. And that’s how my day went.

Woke up surprisingly early at 8 in the morning especially considering how little sleep I had since the beginning of this break. Spent the entire morning playing the Chinese version of Bomberman, apparantly something related to the famous messaging software QQ as known by many people in China. That kept going till noon, had lunch, and was time to practice. A friend of mine came over during mid-afternoon and stayed until 6 and we were working on the Beethoven “Kreutzer” violin sonata with me on the piano of course. After he left, I began to practice the famous Liszt Hungarion Rhapsody No.2, and just became too addicted to the song, and did not stop until 8, when my arms were hurting so much that i can’t flip them around. For the people that want to hear a very nice version of the song, click here.

After all that practicing, that’s when I realized, it’s time to find something else to do. Thus the birth of Kiwi Island, the only website which I will devote lots of time and hard work into, and hopefully will have quality anime reviews while blogging about my rather boring daily life during the summer. Since I am totally a dummie when it comes to web design, the site would be rather simple, unless if i get my friends’ help of course. I shall just hope for the best for the future of this website.

Yes! Long live Kathy’s music nerdness!! I totally clicked on the music link, and continued reading your entry while listening to the pro piece hehe. But after I finished, i went to check out the actual video that was still playing, and all i saw was some half bald man staring back at me from behind the piano w/o moving. You know how freaky that was? XD
